February 2017: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Solutions for Intelligence Analysis Services (SIAS) BPA

Cyberspace Solutions, LLC. was awarded a five-year full and open prime BPA contract supporting FBI intelligence analysis services. Performance for the FBI Task Orders will primarily take place onsite at FBI facilities in Washington, D.C. and northern Virginia.

January 2017: Cyberspace Solutions Wins Prime Recompete Supporting Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Military Attaché School 

Cyberspace Solutions, LLC was re-awarded the DIA JMAS contract and will continue to support the Joint Military Attaché Program Attaché Training Program. Cyberspace’s team of instructors and support personnel will continue to design, publish, and present instructional lessons; coordinate for guest lecturers; serve as seminar directors/instructors; act as off-site exercise coordinators; maintain Information Technology (IT)/computer systems; in-process student attachés; and successfully accomplish other key duties and functions as required to successfully complete their training mission.  

November 2016: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Regional Intelligence Center Program

Cyberspace Solutions, LLC. was awarded a five-year Task Order providing analytic services to support the DIA Asia Pacific Regional Center.

September 2016: Cyberspace Solutions Recognized as 19th Fastest Growing Company by Washington Business Journal 

Cyberspace Solutions, LLC. has been recognized as the 19th fastest growing company by the Washington Business Journal. Over 1,800 Washington DC based companies were considered for recognition with all qualified companies having revenue growth each year between 2013 and 2015. In addition, companies had to have revenue of at least $2 million in 2013, and at least $10 million in 2015.

September 2015: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Intelligence Analysis Support Services (IASS) Program

Cyberspace Solutions, LLC. has been awarded a five-year intelligence analysis contracts supporting multiple office of the FBI. The FBI IASS Task Order will provides intelligence analysts to the FBI Counterintelligence Division (including the Foreign Investment Unit, and the Counterespionage Data Exploitation and Analysis Unit), the Criminal Investigation Division, and the Washington Field Office. Analysts research high priority counterintelligence threats, help drive field operations around National Critical Infrastructure, coordinate and help disseminate Intelligence Information Reports, and assess threats to the U.S. arising from transactions associated with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S.  

August 2015: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Wide Mission Support (SWMS) IDIQ

Cyberspace Solutions, LLC. has been awarded a prime IDIQ contract supporting USSOCOM providing Management Support Services, Education and Training Services, and Administrative and Other Services to the command.

July 2015: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) IDIQ

Cyberspace Solutions LLC has been awarded a prime IDIQ contract supporting the DIA E-SITE program. E-SITE provides worldwide coverage for IT requirements and technical support services supporting the Government through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence and command and control (C2) assets vital to the security of the United States.

June 2015: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Prime Intelligence Mission Data Center Contract 

Cyberspace Solutions LLC has been awarded a prime contract supporting the DIA Technology & Long-Range Analysis (TLA) office located in Charlottesville, VA. The Cyberspace Team will facilitate and coordinate management of on Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) support to acquisition programs through close coordination and assistance with the creation, submission, and processing of Life-Cycle Data Plans. 

March 2015: Cyberspace Solutions Wins Nunn-Perry Award for Mentor-Protégé Program, Achieves 146% Growth in Sales

Cyberspace Solutions, LLC. (Cyberspace) announced today that it has been awarded the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) 2014 Nunn-Perry Award, which recognizes outstanding Mentor-Protégé team performance in the areas of technical excellence, focus on mission and delivery of quality services. The prestigious award, named in honor of former Senator Sam Nunn and former Secretary of Defense William Perry, was first given in 1995. July 2014: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Collection Development Support Contract

Cyberspace Solutions LLC, was selected to staff a newly awarded task order to provide collection management and research support to DIA to include Social Network Analysis. The Cyberspace Team will develop new lead data against collection gaps, update and maintain in-depth knowledge baselines and develop collection development research knowledge baselines. 

May 2014: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Cyber Intelligence Integration Contract

Cyberspace Solutions LLC, was selected to staff a newly awarded task order in Omaha, Nebraska to provide all-source cyber analysis and production and Indications and Warning analysis in support of United States Strategic Command. Cyberspace Team analysts will support Network Defense, Open Source, Persistent Threat, and JIPOE production analytic production management.

May 2014: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Support Contract

Cyberspace Solutions LLC has been awarded a $173,820,000.00 federal contract for professional, administrative, and management support services, in support of U.S. Special Operations Command. The work will be conducted at multiple locations in the United States and overseas.

April 2014: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Military Attaché Training Contract

November 2013: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Underground Facility Analysis Center Contract

In early November, Cyberspace Solutions LLC, was selected to staff a newly awarded task order to provide specialized analytical support to the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Underground Facility Analysis Center (UFAC).  

September 2013: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) J2X Contract 

Cyberspace Solutions LLC, was selected to staff a newly awarded task order in Omaha, Nebraska to provide all counterintelligence analysis in direct support the Commander, USSTRATCOM.  Cyberspace support includes all-source, cyber, Open Source, and technical analysis supporting command critical intelligence requirements.

May 2013: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Collection Requirements Management Contract

Cyberspace Solutions LLC, was selected to staff a newly awarded task order to provide comprehensive all-source collection management support to multiple DIA divisions and offices.  With a focus on all-source, Geospatial, SIGINT, OSINT, HUMINT and MASINT collection expertise; Team Cyberspace staff will provide expertise and actively interact with the DI analytic customer base, office collection coordinators, counterpart collection managers of other IC organizations, and others as appropriate to ensure analyst's needs are met.

May 2013: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Joint Staff J27-Strategic Indications and Warning Contract

Cyberspace Solutions LLC, was selected to staff a newly awarded task order to provide strategic level Indications and Warning (I&W) support to the Joint Staff, Unified Combatant Commands, and larger Intelligence Community. Based on functional, regional, and global priorities, Team Cyberspace analysts will work with COCOMs and other key IC partners to assist with the development of comprehensive warning indicators for emerging warning concerns, assist in monitoring established indicators for enduring warning problems, and consult with collection managers, analysts, operators, and policy specialists to refine collection priorities. 

March 2013: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Joint Staff J28-Battlespace Awareness Contract

Cyberspace Solutions LLC, was selected to staff a newly awarded task order to provide subject matter expert-level analysis and assessments of Service, COCOM, and CSA programmatic and budget submissions. CSS staff will support the development, coordination, and staffing of strategic level programmatic guidance. They will review and analyze programmatic change documents and provide assessment of the potential impact those changes may have to the Battlespace Awareness portfolio. 

January 2013: Cyberspace Solutions Awarded Prime Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Solutions for Intelligence Analysis II (SIA II) IDIQ

Cyberspace Solutions, LLC. was recently awarded a multiple-award, multiple-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quality (IDIQ) contract from the Defense Intelligence Agency. The SIA II contract has a maximum award value of $5.6 billion over a period of five years. Within this contract, teams will compete to provide support services for intelligence analysts, war fighters, defense planners, and defense and national security policy makers within the defense intelligence community.

November 2012: Cyberspace Solutions, LLC. Awarded Prime Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Advanced Solutions for the Enterprise (CHASE) IDIQ


Cyberspace Solutions, LLC. was recently awarded a multiple-award, multiple-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quality (IDIQ) contract from the Defense Intelligence Agency. CHASE is a $750 million IDIQ that will produce Defense Department intelligence training task orders over a five-year period. The task orders will support the Defense Intelligence Agency's counterintelligence and human intelligence training requirements. The multiple-award contract meets the requirements as set forth in the Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Advanced Solutions for the Enterprise acquisition program.

July 2011: Georgetown University and Cyberspace Solutions Collaborate to Create Open Source Analytic Tool

Georgetown University and Cyberspace Solutions LLC have been awarded a 5-year Task Order to provide Indications and Warnings (I&W) for Political Instability, Cyber and WMD threats from open source media.  The system provides the ability to collect, vet, contextually interpret, and disseminate, relevant foreign internet based open source information on selected intelligence topics of interest to the Intelligence Community and related Government organizations.
